• Whether you are an employer, employee or local business
• The date and time you signed up

Why we collect it

To keep you updated about Perkly’s launch and to understand interest from employers, employees and local businesses. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How we store it

Your details are stored securely and are not visible on the website. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Until Perkly launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing hello@perkly.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
